Honestly, I am not very interested in politics. However, there are certain things ocurring this year where election is concerned so I decide to focus a wee bit.As far as I can see, Republicans are for th ecountry on a whole while the Democrats are for special issues. McCain appears to be camoflaged to me. I like Obama but not his party. McCain has been focusing on Obama's inexperience while Obama is focusing on McCain continuing G.Bush's legacy. The Republicans are always using the high moral ground and the Democrats are using Obama's popularity.
The primary issues in this election are about the recession America is facing, the war in Iraq, and the high gas prices. What can the government do about the recession. Not much, I think. They do not own the businesses. How can we end the war in Iraq? The only good I see with this war is that is it providing many jobs for some Americans. Yes, there are many other humans there from America apart from soldiers(electricians, aviation technicians, cooks, medical personnel, truck drivers, etc). I agree it is dangerous, so let us see what we can do to get the present or new government to get all our family members and friends home.
My wish is that these folks who are running for positions in the White House to focus on real issues and not just talk. I hope they all have plans in place to combat the issues they talk about. I am so anxious to know who will be the next president of America because Barack Obama is certainly...(please pardon me, I'm out of ink?). I'll finish this sentence in the near future.
