Just IS! (How is the legal system in America?)

Why did take so long to convict Mr Seale if he was guilty? This ex KKK person is believed to have killed two black teenagers back in 1964. Why has his case been off for so long and then reappearing in 2007? What the heck is going in America's legal system? Why was he in jail for a year without proper trials? What kinds of messages is the American legal system sending to people? What about th ekey witness? Why wasn't he probed? Why has the defense lawyer and others not look into his stories a little deeper? It appears to me that evidence of this case was either covered or not sought out enough. Are these lawyers afraid or are they feeling pity for Mr Seale because he is now ill? I SMELL CORRUPTION! USA proclaimed itself the 'land of freedom' ,huh! Yet it has the most dishonest, crooked, and dangerous legal system of any developed nation. Corruption is like a blanket covering America. Though this corruption in American legal system is well known , it is also well hidden, especially by the news services of America's corporate-owned media. Why?
Are th elawyers in the American legal system controlled by the judges? Are they really working for the people who choose to use them? Does the 'right' to lawyer means that the judges really care about the rights of the accused? I don't think so. Most of the court proceedings in American courts appears to me to be fake. Do the police and the prosecuters in America care at all whether they arrest innocent people? I didn't think so either. Is there a race in the the American legal system to bring about their 'high conviction rate?'
The American legal system leads to confused, fearful citizens who are gullible to propaganda. American legal system could be be deemed a nightmare! I am waiting to hear what will become of this Mr Seale (ex KKK) story. Sometimes I am so sorry for the victims of this system. I don't condone crime in any way but I believe trials ought to be real and fair. The problem is the system has been corrupt for so long. Wonder if it could change. And then I woke up... sorry, I was dreaming.
